1. Is the Province still under the conditions of the bi-lateral Early Learning and Child Care (ELCC) agreement signed in September 2005 (e.g. focusing spending for requlated care and meeting reporting requirements)?

 

2. Does the Province plan to spend the federal ELCC money over the next few years? (There have been no announcements about how the dollars would be spent this year).

 

3. When can we expect a plan for early childhood and school age child care that includes a costing of planned growth in spaces and a labour force strategy for the sector?
